I don't like to give any review until I've used the product or service for a little while. I've driven almost 10k miles since it was purchased from Performance Auto. It's runs great with no engine lights coming on or any major issues. (Thank god)
My overall experience was great with Shane, but just ok with the preparation and delivery of the car.
First Class dealership. Rob, the GM, was nothing short of a gentleman and consummate professional, with precise knowledge of the vehicle I chose. No pushing, no bs, no problem here at all. I will surely be recommending Rob and his team to anyone I know that needs a great carat a great price.
This was my second vehicle purchase from Performance in the last 6 years and I had a repeat in exceptional service. Shane was great and patient during my decision process. I had a few repairs that was needed on the Jeep and Shane fixed them all...people you are purchasing a used car and at times will have unexpected issues. Shane gave exceptional service and had the knowledge of Jeeps that made me comfortable in working with him. My Grand Cherokee is awesome and I would purchase another Jeep or refer any of my friends to Shane.
Shane was my salesman and he did his BEST to make sure that any of my concerns were taken care of at the time of purchase. (They fixed any of my concerns even replacing the rear struts).
Had an amazing experience at Performance Auto! The GM, Robert was so friendly and helpful, he knows the business like the back of his hand and works miracles to get you what you want! He is sincere and genuine, and only keeps quality cars in his lot, you know you're getting a reliable, solid vehicle here. If you want a hassle-free, smooth ride to a used car, Performance Auto is the ONLY place I would recommend going.

Shane is an easy going low key sales person with a great attitude and personality which is the type of salesman I love to deal with. I'm not sure that I could say that for the other salesmen.
I would recommend Performance Auto to purchase a vehicle but I would suggest that you help them "Dot the "I" and cross the "T" on anything that the vehicle needs fixed or addressed.
