I've been a loyal customer for over ten years, and never got treated the way I did at this location. Management is a joke over there, shame on you for reprensting enterprise. I have a extensive track record with enterprise. This the first time I'm leaving a bad review. I've left numerous good reviews. Please don't judge my review towards enterprise. This is just for a specific location. Enterprise is awesome. I will return for future business, just not at this location. Thanks for reading!!

this is my first car rentals in all my 65 years the people I met at Enterprise was very helpful came to pick me up show me what to do how to rent a car how to protect myself with the car they were very nice and helpful and when I return the car I made a couple of mistakes and the lady was so helpful with me that She like kind of overlooked it and I thought that was very nice of her and she had a heart and a heart as her business wise is she was multitasking like helping a lot of people even though she was like working with me I love the fact that she cared about her job and cared about the customers Enterprise you're the best stay that way and you always have a lot of customers thank you very much
Friendly, very busy, did not offer a free upgrade when the class of car I requested was not available. However, they offered to split the upgrade price with them. It was $15 to upgrade and they offered me $7 per day. I was in a hurry and did not have time to argue my point. Although in my opinion the upgrade should have been free, to their credit, they do a great job there.
